Hello everyone! I know I disappeared. I am back. 2020 really had me in my head, in my feelings and in bags of chips and vats of cookies. I’d love to say I was honestly tracking while on WW but I really wasn’t I had learned to game the system. I was gorging zero point foods and having my points too. Ultimately I gained 20 pound on top of the weight I needed to lose. So I decided for me it is best to have a more restrictive diet and I decided to go with OPTAVIA. Today 2/22/21 was my first day and so far so good. I don’t feel starving but I also don’t feel stuffed. I oddly feel just right. I really enjoyed the lean and greens I made today. I am on the 5:2:2 plan. I am going to try to update a little about my feeling on this program each day. I really loved my omelet with fresh spinach and I loved my collard greens and tilapia. The brownie I think I put too much water in and I definitely put too much water in my first shake. My goal is to lose 125 pounds. I am looking forward to seeing this journey all the way through.
